Application Specification

Usage

TBzTD-70 is an ultra accelerator for the vulcanization of natural and synthetic rubber. It is sulfur donor without any carcinogenic ammonium nitrite in using process. It can also act as a vulcanizing agent for without free sulfur or low sulfur curing system with better processing and scorching safety than TMTD.

Dosage

Primary: 0.2-2.0phr; Secondary: 0.2-0.5phr

Storage

In original closed containers under room temperature and dry conditions max.1 year. Avoiding exposure of product to direct sunlight.
