Application Specification

Usage

ZDMC-80 is an ultra-accelerator for the vulcanization of natural and synthetic rubbers. In order to avoid blooming, it is always used together with other carbamates and kept the dosage under 1phr, especially suitable for IIR and NBR, also available to EPDM.

Dosage

As primary accelerator: 0.5-1.5phr; as secondary accelerator: 0.1-0.5phr

Storage

In original closed containers under room temperature and dry conditions max.1 year. Avoiding exposure of product to direct sunlight.
